Catawba Attachments Land Leveler
The heavy-duty combo unit builds on the standard Land Leveler by adding 1/4″-thick sidewalls and a transverse tube across the rear frame for extra stiffness. It also includes a skid-steer quick-attach hookup so operators who own both a tractor and a skid steer can use the same attachment with either machine without buying two separate implements.

Skid steer-specific model
Catawba also manufactures a dedicated skid-steer Land Leveler. It is a longer, heavier design with adjustable sides for wider grading and heavier-duty work; the skid-steer version is noticeably heavier than the three-point variants and is listed at just over 1,000 pounds.
Picking the Right Size
Start with the space the Land Leveler has to fit through. A 7′ model is useless if your gate is only 6′ wide. After that, width comes down to how much ground you want to cover in a pass.
If the same attachment needs to move between a tractor and skid steer, the combo version can keep you from buying two separate units.
Maintenance & replacement parts
Wear items are designed for easy replacement. Blades are mounted to form plate and wear shoes are secured by four bolts for field swaps. We offer a Land Leveler wear shoe set with the mounting hardware if you need replacements: Catawba Land Leveler Wear Shoe Set.
Hey guys, it’s Will again, here with Cody. Today we’re talking about the Land Leveler line — the 5-foot model is a common choice, and we also offer 4-foot, 6-foot, and 7-foot sizes.
Our Land Leveler is built for durability and simple field serviceability. Key design elements include reinforced Category 1 hookup points and a fully welded hitch, both intended to reduce wear and eliminate common failure points seen on lighter designs. The attachment is designed to break up rough, rutted surfaces, then dress and smooth material on a follow-up pass.

Key features
- Reinforced Category 1 hookups — the hitch tabs are passed through a 4×4″ 1/4″-thick tube for added strength.
- Fully welded 3/8″ Grade 50 hitch — welded directly to the tube and frame to prevent loosening over time.
- Shanks for breaking up compacted material — drop-in shanks simplify rough-break passes before finishing.
- USA-manufactured blades — mounted on a 3/8″ Grade 50 plate; blades are reinforced with gussets at bolt holes on combo models.
- Replaceable wear shoes — secured with four bolts for easy field replacement.
- Multiple sizes — available in 4′, 5′, 6′, and 7′ widths to suit a range of tractors and jobsites.
The features above are shared across the standard three-point Land Leveler and the heavy-duty combo unit, which adds extra sidewall and frame reinforcement and a skid-steer quick-attach option.
One Attachment for a Tractor or Skid Steer
The combo Land Leveler is built heavier than the standard model, with 1/4″ sidewalls and a rear cross tube to stiffen the frame. It also has a skid-steer quick-attach connection, so the same leveler can move between a tractor and skid steer instead of keeping a separate attachment for each machine.
